Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker conceived their baby naturally after months of failed fertility treatments, the 44-year-old reality star confirmed.

“It arrived when both Travis and I no longer even thought about it, and when I had stopped fertility treatment,” the Poosh creator said in her Vanity Fair Italy cover story, published Friday.

Kardashian — who revealed her pregnancy in June –called it “God’s plan” for her and husband Travis Barker.

She further noted that online comments doubting the natural pregnancy “don’t affect” her.
