Buddy Rich – No Jive (Isolated Drums)

Something I haven’t done in a long time is upload a recording of Buddy’s drums isolated from the rest of the band.

This time I chose to isolate the drums on Bob Mintzer’s “No Jive” from Buddy’s 1977 album Plays and Plays.

I’m really happy with how this turned out as you can hear a lot more of what Buddy is playing with this isolation.
